How do I book a session?

All bookings are made online through our automated system. Choose your set, pick your time, and checkout — quick and easy. Same-day bookings and walk-ins are welcome when available.

How early can I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking to check in, settle in, and store your belongings.

Can I extend my session on the same day?

Yes — as long as the studio schedule allows.
Additional time added on the same day receives a 5%–10% discount, depending on the time added and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Free anytime up to 24 hours before. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee.

Can I book the entire studio for a private session?

Yes — full studio buyouts are available with a 4-hour minimum. Contact us to schedule a call with the Studio Director.
